“We have just moved to West Palm Beach after looking at Condos for almost a year. We first used American Inspection Services about ten months ago, they were referred to us by our Real Estate Attorney, who said he was top of the line when it came to inspectors and was she right. Frank was excellent, but the deal for that apartment didn't work out. Then in July we used Frank again for a new apartment we wanted to purchase (and did). Frank came, as before, he was prompt, courteous, thorough, professional, and left no nook or cranny, drip, or patch of moisture un-examined. The RE broker who was in the apartment with him when he did the inspection was mighty impressed. She said she was with another inspector in the same apartment line the week before, that inspector was done in 35 minutes. Frank took close to two hours inspecting ours, and the results of his report caused the seller to make several repairs. The charge for this was $200.00. My broker said she could imagine a seller not being keen on such an in depth inspection, but for a buyer, he's exactly what you want. Franks the "A" team. He's tops. The seller made all the corrections Frank addressed and replaced the laundry room floor with tile. Frank then had to do a re inspection after the repairs were made and only charged me $100 for the re-inspection. This inspector is first-rate, has integrity and knows what he's doing.
