How long does a Mold Inspection take to be completed?

The first step in the mold inspection is testing via swabs or air sampling, which is followed by delivering the samples to the lab. The lab will then evaluate the samples, and determine if mold is present, as well as what type of mold you are dealing with. The entire process takes between 24 and 48 hours.

What can I expect from the Mold Inspection report?

  • A readout of all the airborne particles in your home compared to what is outside the home with air sampling

  • A readout out of the material from the swab sampling

If mold is found then remediation may be required by a certified mold remediation professional as per state required protocols.
