Rental Inspections

Protect Your Security Deposit!

Are you planning on renting a property? We advise that before moving in, you have a Rental Inspection performed. Don’t be held responsible for deficiencies that existed prior to the start of your lease.

Often, an Exit Inspection is also performed to document the condition of the rental property upon completion of the lease. Don’t take a chance on losing your security deposit or owing additional money for repairs!

Common Rental Inspection findings:

  • Flooring Issues

  • Structural Issues

  • HVAC Issues

  • Electrical and Plumbing Issues

  • Appliances That Don’t Operate Correctly

  • Presence of Mold

  • General Property Damage

You would not want to be held responsible for pre-existing issues. They can be costly!
